From B-U: Eat-man tells the missions of the adventurer/mercenary Bolt Crank. A cool guy that has the ability to manifest from his hands ANYTHING that he ate (hence the name of the manga). He takes on missions from people who are willing to pay the most but he's still an average good guy. Don't worry, it's not a spoiler cuz there are many plot twists. Truly worth reading. There are 19 volumes in total. However Viz only worked on till volume 2 or 3. The rest are scanlated. From manga jouhou: Eat-Man is a manga by Akihito Yoshitomi, serialized monthly in Dengeki Comics GAO! Anthology. Eat-Man follows the adventures of Bolt Crank a man who has the ability to eat anything(and I do mean ANY thing) and reform it through his arms at any time as he needs it. For example, he eats someone's gun, and he can reform it in his hand and it's fully functional. Being a Mercenary for hire, this ability naturally comes in handy. The stories of Eat-Man follow Bolt Crank as he goes through various jobs, or sometimes back to an old acquaintance for a favor or to finish a job started a long time ago. There isn't a consistent plotline overall, most of the time each story is a one-shot, with sometimes two-parters. Some details from previous stories are carried over, and characters come back to make other appearances in later stories.

In response, a cunning devil from Hell named Elsie appears: a Spirit Hunter. Elsie proposes the only real solution to drive the evil spirits outside is by "conquering" the girls' hearts, making them fall in love with him and filling up the gaps that the at large evil spirits conceal in, where she is then in a position to get them. Interested only in gaming girls, nevertheless, as he's no intimate real life experiences whatsoever Keima is appalled by the thought, and refuses the duty. However, together with the contract already consented, Keima has no choice however to help Elsie no matter what, as they're going to be beheaded through an invisible (to others) purple collar around their necks when they neglect. Each sister is inactive in the center of a girl among those they've previously helped, so Keima beat their hearts and must find them a second time. This time however, they recall the meetings he's had with them as a result of goddesses inside them, as he attempts to beat the girls concurrently causing endless potential failure and high tension. Although Elsie decides to stay with him, he could be alleviated in the collar and returns to his regular life in real life. Negi Springfield, a 10-year old magician, aspires to eventually become a "Magister Magi", a particular magician who, under the guise of operating under an NGO, utilizes his powers to help ordinary individuals. After graduating from the Merdiana Magic Academy in Wales, he could be delegated the job of teaching English at the middle-school, where his homeroom course consists of 31 daughters, each quite particular in her very own manner of Mahora Academy. The show details experiences and his time in Japan as he assists them in their troubles, attains approval and respect from his pupils, and confronts magic dangers from inside as well as outside Mahora Academy. Negi's main relationship is with Asuna Kagurazaka, room mate and his pupil, who dislikes him initially but after recognizes him as a friend and becomes his companion although all the women has her very own back story and character. He's also hunting for his dad who's called the Thousand Master. While initially seeming to be another romantic-comedy work featuring numerous bish?jo characters like Love Hina, the show, has advanced right into a mixture of sh?nen romance, fantasy, horror, action and comedy. Akamatsu said that he particularly wanted to do some thing "different" from Love Hina. Negi himself is prepubescent, and several of his scenes with Asuna are unique variations of the "awkward romantic scene" trend of harem manga, immediately defused and just played for laughs. Additionally, a lot of the girls are not unable to fawn over him in a childish sense with no expectations that are intimate in the reader [ study that is unique?]In maintaining this particular fashion, Negi himself is considered other typical male leads of manga as well as a comparison to Love Hina's Keitaro Urashima. He's hardworking, competent, and treated kindly, but due to his look and age (well below the majority of his pupils), he feels utterly non-threatening and finds it hard to be taken seriously as a teacher; several of his pupils handle him as a cunning little child, if not a playmate (or plaything)
